James has focused his career on a wide range of matrimonial valuation and forensic engagements. His areas of expertise include the valuation of small professional practices, real estate entities, privately held construction firms, as well as the identification and quantification of separate and marital property assets, personal and business income reconstruction, analysis of personal living expenses, quantification of income sources available for support, and the evaluation of settlement proposals. James has testified as an expert witness during divorce proceedings. He earned his Masters of Business Administration from Binghamton University (SUNY) and his Bachelor’s from SUNY Plattsburgh.
